A Farewell and a Warm Welcome in Service
This time of year also brings a bittersweet announcement. After a long and incredibly successful career, our beloved Service Manager, Dean Green, will be officially retiring on December 31st, 2025. Dean has been a cornerstone of Faulkner Chevrolet, and we wish him all the best in a well-deserved retirement.
As Dean steps away, we are excited that Dale Bender will be taking the reins as the new Service Manager. Dale is a highly experienced member of the team, and we are confident he will continue Dean’s legacy of exceptional service and customer care.

Providing you with reliable, honest service has been my daily focus, and I cherish the relationships we’ve built – as this will continue with my successor.
To the incredible Service Team, Technicians, the Parts team, and the entire Faulkner Chevrolet dealership, thank you is not enough. You are the engine that drives this department. Your dedication, professionalism, and hard work, often behind the scenes, have made this Service Department the successful operation it is today. I am profoundly proud of the quality of work and the level of care you provide every day.
While it’s sad to say goodbye to the daily routine and the camaraderie we share, I’m also excited about the adventures ahead. My wife and I are looking forward to putting some serious miles on our RV, traveling extensively, and spending lots of quality time with our adult children and, most importantly, our growing crew of grandchildren!

Faulkner Chevrolet Lancaster is proud to announce its annual Blood Drive, continuing its vital partnership with the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Blood Donor Center. The event aims to collect life-saving blood donations to support patients at Lancaster General Hospital, the Women and Babies Hospital, and the Barshinger Cancer Center.
The blood drive will take place on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the Showroom located at Faulkner Chevrolet Lancaster, located at 2000 Bennett Ave, Lancaster, PA 17601. “We are honored to once again host the annual blood drive and support our local community through this crucial initiative,” said President & General Manager, Chad Berger. “Donating blood is a simple act that can make an extraordinary difference in someone’s life, and we encourage everyone who is able to join us in supporting Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health.”
