Everything went well. I drove to dealership and they transported me back home. They phoned me when service was complete and picked me up at my house. On 6/13/25 Friday , I noticed the low psi warning was showing for the right rear tire. I checked the tire and there was a screw in the middle of the tire causing a slow leak. I called the dealership and they scheduled an appointment for 6/14/25, Saturday morning. They repaired the tire in no time, great service!

I was concerned that the service I scheduled through OnStar at the dealer after a trouble light alert on the dash that OnStar indicated was a battery/charging issue was written up for the service advisor as a tire rotation/chassis lube service. The problem was then diagnosed as a battery coolant leak requiring a battery replacement with batteries on backorder for possibly months. The dealership kindly provided a loaner vehicle. A week later I was told that the issue was actually a faulty coolant tank sensor, which was quickly replaced and my vehicle returned to me. The dealer convinced GM to cover most of the cost although the vehicle was several weeks over the 36 month warranty period. So all was well that ended well, with hats off to the service advisor and GM. The lack of good, accurate communication and information was the only troubling aspect of the whole experience.

Ashley at the service desk is great and none of this is about her. However, my service text said my appointment was at 9 am on Thursday, 7/17. I dropped off my gmc Yukon the night before. I did not get an update until 3:21 pm when she told me a technician had been working on my vehicle for 30 minutes. I did not get the link to view my recommendations until 3:44. I prefer to drop off my car the night before a service instead of waiting because I have young children and your waiting room is not very kid friendly compared to other dealerships in the area. What I don’t understand is I’m told my appointment is at 9 am but my car is not ready until almost 4. I have a hard time believing that an inspection and oil change took almost 7 hours. No parts were replaced as one needed to be ordered. Again this is not a reflection on Ashely as when I ask questions she is very prompt and detailed in her response.

You had the exact vehicle I had been searching for online. When I made my first visit to the dealership, I was greeted by Josh who guided me through the test drive and the sales process. After a short negotiation a price was agreed upon and the new truck was mine. In my opinion, Josh went above and beyond just the selling process, and made my purchase experience better than any other dealership I have dealt with in the past. The only complaint I would have was the, “Hard sell technique” used by the finance department to pad the bottom line with needless extras. In his defense, he was very professional and did his job very well…I just didn’t need the “extras. Again, four stars to the dealership and five stars to Josh. Thanks to all of you guys for a great experience!

Sales experience 10/10, financial experience with Chris 5/10. I came stating I had an auto draft approval through PSECU, when he ran my finances he let me know I don’t know the mix up but you weren’t actual approved. Ended up going with another bank at almost double interest rate ( that’s how much I liked this truck). Monday comes and my auto draft comes in the mail. He ended up trying to get a second loan which is why it got declined. Service after was zero. I was basically told the paperwork is signed. I ended up having to do a refinance loan in the end all on my own. No responsibility taken by Chris or honestly, he didn’t even call to see if there was anything he could do.

Thank you! I really enjoyed my interactions with the Chris, Joe and Mario. They were so thorough in their explanations with the financing and warranty and made me feel valued as a first time customer. Their interactions make me want to come back for my next vehicle. The only drawback to the experience was with our sales associate, Daejuan. I, personally, did not feel he really explained much to me about the vehicle when we were test driving it. I had to keep asking the questions to find out more about it. In my past experiences, the sales associate gives a whole overview of the vehicle . I also didn’t feel he knew what cars were on the lot. I had to show him the specific vehicle I was looking for on the website before he realized it was there. I was looking for the blue accent on the interior of the trax. He was very nice and kind! He and my son had some good conversations as well. I also appreciated he texted me after hours when I confirmed I wanted the vehicle to get me scheduled to pick it up at my requested time. I just didn’t feel there was much enthusiasm or conversation about the vehicle. My son is luckily pretty good with figuring out the features on the vehicle and he is showing me what I can’t figure out. That would be the only area where the experience could have been better. I did not have an issue with the service, but their notification system needs improved. The emails/messages I got were not timed correctly. For instance I got the notification my inspection was completed, when it had really just been marked "in progress." This is very confusing for customers and should be corrected.

Found that the service dept. was more interested in selling unecessary parts than addressing what was needed; e.g. required Pa. state inspections that were due. However was told that they couldn't be done because it was too soon even though I received a post card from the dealer stating that the inspections were due. I was told that the OBD system couldn't be read/wasn't ready ( the vehicle is emissions exempt due to low milage driven (1200)) since the last inspection. Apparently, it hadn't been the state required 365 days since the last exemption???? Then, I was told that the front pads were worn and rotors and calipers were rusty ( iron does rust) and should be replaced even though the vehicle had a mere 22,000,miles on it. And, the tires were too old ( like me) and needed to be replaced (don't tell the wife). Plus, a whole list of "recommended" repairs. So, I left 2 hours later and $71 poorer and nothing accomplished.

The special lug nut that came with my 2017 Bolt was missing. We looked everywhere at home and in the car for it, to no avail. So, I needed to pay for regular equipment to be installed so the tires could be rotated. It is a mystery where the original equipment went. The tires had been rotated many times by Faulkner so the only thing I can understand is that the last time the tires were serviced the workperson mislplaced the original equipment.
