Sales Consultant
Description:
Faulkner Chevrolet Lancaster Lancaster is looking to add a Sales Consultant to the team for this busy store! We are ideally looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, who manage time effectively, and who have the ability to become a product expert. Sales Consultants will work with customers to make product recommendations based upon customer needs. Sales Consultants will take customers on test drives, serve as product expert, and handle initial price negotiations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze customer needs, provide superior customer service
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly vehicle sales quotas
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through effective communication
- Attend sales meetings and continuous training
- Ensure Faulkner processes are being followed consistently
- Follow up with incoming leads, build strong customer base
Requirements:
- Valid Driver License with good driving record
- Customer service oriented
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Internet Sales Consultant
Description:
Faulkner Chevrolet Lancaster Lancaster is looking for an Internet Sales Consultant who will work directly with potential customers as they access our website to give them information about our products and help set up appointments to meet with our sales team. We are looking for candidates with experience in the automotive industry or any telecom experience in either a Sales or Internet/BDC capacity to provide support for our Sales team. As with all positions within our Faulkner dealerships, Internet Coordinators are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Job Responsibilities:

- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or internet sales preferred
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications and/or pass manufacturer tests
- Selected candidate must be available to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
- Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including: bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
- This position will consist of a base salary plus commission for appointments set and deals completed.
