To our Valued Customers, Colleagues, and the Faulkner Chevrolet Family,
It is with a heart full of gratitude and a touch of bittersweet emotion that I announce my retirement as Service Manager of Faulkner Chevrolet, effective December 31, 2025.
For many years, this dealership has been more than just a workplace—it has been a second home, and the team and our customers have truly become like family. I want to extend my deepest, most sincere thanks to you, our loyal customers. Your trust in me and in the Faulkner service team has been the greatest reward of my career. Providing you with reliable, honest service has been my daily focus, and I cherish the relationships we’ve built – as this will continue with my successor.
To the incredible Service Team, Technicians, the Parts team, and the entire Faulkner Chevrolet dealership, thank you is not enough. You are the engine that drives this department. Your dedication, professionalism, and hard work, often behind the scenes, have made this Service Department the successful operation it is today. I am profoundly proud of the quality of work and the level of care you provide every day.
While it’s sad to say goodbye to the daily routine and the camaraderie we share, I’m also excited about the adventures ahead. My wife and I are looking forward to putting some serious miles on our RV, traveling extensively, and spending lots of quality time with our adult children and, most importantly, our growing crew of grandchildren!
I am delighted to introduce the person who will be stepping into this role. I have complete confidence in Dale Bender, who will officially take over as Service Manager starting January 1, 2026. I know Dale is committed to upholding the standards of excellence and customer care you have come to expect from Faulkner Chevrolet.
Thank you again for an incredibly successful and rewarding journey. I wish you all safe travels, happy driving, and the very best for the future.
Warmly,
Dean Green
