Faulkner Chevrolet Lancaster

Dec 23, 2025

Dear Faulkner Chevrolet Customer,

As 2025 draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment on behalf of the entire Faulkner Chevrolet team to express our sincere gratitude. We know you have many choices when it comes to your automotive needs, and we are truly honored that you chose us—whether it was for a new or pre-owned purchase, your routine servicing needs, or for expert advice and parts. Working with you and serving our community remains the highlight of our year.

The past year has been one of tremendous growth, both in terms of the number of customers we’ve had the pleasure of serving and within our own team. To ensure we continue to provide you with the very best experience, we’ve made some exciting organizational changes that reflect our commitment to developing talent and enhancing customer service.

Recognizing Our Evolving Team

We are thrilled to celebrate several internal transitions and promotions:

  • Joe Bahling has moved from our Sales Team to take on the important role of New Car Sales Manager.
  • Bobby Sweeney has transitioned from New Car Sales Manager to lead the pre-owned experience as our Used Car Sales Manager.
  • Ashley Todt has stepped up from Internal Advisor to become a dedicated Customer Service Advisor.
  • Lovina McClure is moving from her role as Cashier to join the Service team as an Internal Advisor.
  • In our shop, we welcome Joe Howard to the Internal Team, while Mark Bartlett moves from Internal Cars to focus on our Customer Cars.
  • We are also excited to see Matt Soslow advance from Apprentice to join the Internal Team, and Jason Buchter move from the Parts Counter to the essential position of Logistics Parts Coordinator.

These changes reflect our deep commitment to internal growth and ensuring our leadership and advisory teams are strong and focused on you.

Welcoming New Faces to the Faulkner Family

We are equally excited to introduce the newest members who have joined our team throughout 2025:

  • Service & Support: We’ve strengthened our Service Drive with Coty Fox as a new Service Advisor and Chastity Aponte as our new Cashier.
  • Sales Team: Please join us in welcoming Tom Dang, who moved from Sales to our new Sales BDC role, along with new Sales Professionals Tim Ryan and Vincent Mench.
  • Parts & Operations: We welcome Paul Koneck to Parts Counter Sales. Our logistics team, which helps us secure and deliver vehicles efficiently, has grown significantly with new Dealer Trade Drivers: Jeffrey Armold, Jim Maley, Kevin Mowrer, and Robert Schlosser.

A Farewell and a Warm Welcome in Service

This time of year also brings a bittersweet announcement. After a long and incredibly successful career, our beloved Service Manager, Dean Green, will be officially retiring on December 31st, 2025. Dean has been a cornerstone of Faulkner Chevrolet, and we wish him all the best in a well-deserved retirement.

As Dean steps away, we are excited that Dale Bender will be taking the reins as the new Service Manager. Dale is a highly experienced member of the team, and we are confident he will continue Dean’s legacy of exceptional service and customer care.

From all of us at Faulkner Chevrolet, thank you once again for your loyalty and for being a valued part of our family. We wish you and your family a healthy, happy, and prosperous New Year. We look forward to seeing you in 2026!

Sincerely,

Chad Berger
